Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within [X] business days. Once shipped, please allow for the following delivery times:

  • Australia: 20 days
  • Hong Kong: 10 days
  • Singapore: 14 days
  • United States: 20 days
  • International: 20-30 days

Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to Israel due to shipping restrictions.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is with the courier, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer competitive shipping rates to keep costs low for you.

Within Australia:
• Free Shipping on orders over 120AUD
• AUD 4 flat rate on orders over 60AUD
• AUD 8 flat rate on all other orders

International Orders:
Shipping costs vary by destination, typically ranging from RM40 to RM80. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

What happens if I provide the wrong shipping address?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of order. If a package requires re-routing due to an incorrect address provided by you, any resulting fees will be the customer's responsibility. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

For international orders, any customs, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the item or shipping cost, and we have no control over them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with reliable courier services like DHL and local express carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you fast! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order has been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping.

Is there a limit on how many items I can buy?

To ensure fair access for all our customers, there is a purchase limit of 20 units per product.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return items for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Once we receive your returned item at our fulfillment center, please allow 10-15 business days for the entire process. This includes:

  2. Processing it back into our inventory.
  3. Issuing your refund or dispatching your exchange item.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund or exchange is being finalized.

Can I get a refund if the price changes after I order?

As an online retailer, our prices may fluctuate based on promotions, stock, and market trends. We are unable to offer partial refunds or price adjustments if an item's price changes after you have purchased it.
