Refund policy
Every shirt we make is cut to order, to the measurements you give us. Because of this, we don't accept change-of-mind returns — but we stand fully behind the make, fit and quality of every shirt. Here's exactly how it works.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to claim under the offers below:
1. If we got it wrong
Covers faults in materials or workmanship, a shirt that doesn't match the options you ordered, or a shirt outside our production tolerance.
- Email us with photos of the issue
- We'll refund you in full or remake the shirt free — your choice
Our tolerance: Your body measurements are converted by our tailors into shirt measurements, adding the ease a shirt needs to fit and move. The finished shirt will always measure larger than your body. We send you the final shirt measurements with your order — our tolerance applies to the finished shirt against those numbers, measured flat.
- Neck and cuff: ±1cm
- Chest, waist, hip and body length, shoulder and sleeve length: ±1.5cm
Anything outside these is our error.
2. If your measurements were off
If the shirt matches the measurements you gave us but doesn't fit as you hoped, that isn't a fault. We'll still fix it once.
- One free remake, first order only
- Send us your corrected measurements and a photo of how you measured
- The shirt must be unworn and unwashed; return postage is at your expense; we cover the postage back to you
- Further remakes: 50% of the original price
Unsure before ordering? Email us. We'd rather help you measure right than remake later.
